BigShotSpicyMan???

Where in the world did this name come from? It was actually sort of a gift! BigShotSpicyMan lives in Texas but was born in Memphis, TN. It was on a trip back home to visit relatives that the name was born. I was in the habit of cooking for the family of one very special sister-in-law. Her name is Caroline (LOVE LOVE LOVE You Caroline!). I was chiding her for what I considered to be a very sparsely stocked spice cabinet and indicated that this condition would have a very negative impact on the quality of my cooking! As a matter of fact, my first nickname received for my cooking skills was "The Omelet King!" Funny that this nickname was bestowed upon me by the same household, I'm detecting a pattern here! I digress, as I was saying, I was commenting on the lack of spiciness in her kitchen and she replied "OK Mr. BigShotSpicyMan!" She may have said more, like telling me where to go, but I can't recall. That's the true story, the name stuck and I'm still cooking!!! Stay Spicy Friends!!!

The “OK Mr. Big Shot Spicy Man” May have been telling you where to go but it was definitely said with much love! You are definitely my favorite big shot ever! 😍
